I want to hire you. How do I start the process?

Go to the Home page and click on the “Let’s Get Started” button that corresponds to the length of the copy you want. You will need to fill in a bit of information, answer a few questions and click the “submit” button.

Don’t you have full-time writers?
Answer
Yes, we do. And our Project Manager and Editor are also full time. However, in solidarity with the majority of our copywriting staff, we have all decided to remain anonymous. (At least we aren’t wearing those weird Anonymous masks.) We stand by the quality of our work because that’s what counts.

How quickly can you write my copy?
Answer
Normal turn around time is 5 full business days from the time both your instructions and full payment are received. Of course, this does not include weekends or U.S. national holidays. There are projects that by nature of their length or complexity may require additional time, however we will let you know immediately if that is the case.

What if we don’t like what you wrote?
Answer
Give us an opportunity to fix the copy. Just email us with what’s wrong and how to improve it and we’ll make our best effort to fix what isn’t working. The bottom line is that you must be satisfied, and if you still aren’t, we will refund your money through PayPal. If we do refund your money, you may not use the copy we’ve written.

Do you do SEO (Search Engine Optimization) copywriting?
Answer
Yes. If you would like us to include specific keywords or key phrases, just let us know. We can also create a <title> </title> and a Meta Description if you specify those. Those will be included in the final word count.

What happens when I hit submit?
Answer
You will be directed to PayPal.com to pay for the copy you’ve just ordered. Once paid, you will receive a confirmation from the Content Crushers Copywriting Group and a receipt from PayPal. Our Project Manager will review the information you’ve given us. If there are questions, you will be contacted. The Project Manager will assign the writing to one of our copywriters and you’ll have your copy in 5 full business days.

Can’t you just invoice my company and we’ll send you a check?

The good news is that we are happy to send you an invoice. But we only send them electronically, not through snail mail. Payment must be made through PayPal.com. They will arrange to take an electronic check if you must use checking. Most people prefer to use cards these days, but we understand that isn’t always how organizations work.

I’m in another country. Can you still write copy for me?
Answer
Yes, we can in most cases. If you are able to pay for our work through PayPal.com using a credit or debit card or an electronic bank check, we can write your copy. PayPal will process the changes in currency automatically.

Why did you reject my project?
Answer
We don’t write adult material, some types of fiction, or material that we consider to be racist, sexist or abusive. We also have some limits on our capacity. So, for example, we may not be able to take on a book-length project. We reserve the right to refuse writing assignments for any reason. Any payment made on a project that is rejected will immediately be refund in full through PayPal.com.

If I want to take advantage of your best rate of 5¢ a word, but want three articles totaling 1500 words, can I get that?
Answer
Yes, once you’ve paid for the copy, we owe you that number of words. The only limitations are that the subject matter must be related (for example, three posts for your website) and the copy for the full 1500 words must be requested at the same time.

Can we call you on the phone?

Of course you can. Our number is 303-317-2200. You can reach us during our normal office hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm US Central Time. However, if you get our voicemail, please leave your name and phone number and a brief message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I suggest changes to your copy?
Answer
Yes, we will make one round of changes that you suggest if needed. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for these suggestions to be received from you and made by us is not included in our normal five full business day production schedule, so it may take longer.

Can you write in other languages?
Answer
Our primary language is English, but we can also write well in Spanish and French. We also do translations in those languages. However, if your project involves a language other than English, we’ll need to give you a separate price quotation.

Do you write legal documents?

No, we are not lawyers and cannot write contracts or other legal documents.

Do you do technical writing?
Answer
We certainly write about technology———consumer product descriptions, articles, blog posts, reviews, etc., but we probably aren’t the best one to create a manual to get your spaceship to the Moon. So, the best thing to do is to send us a sample of something similar to what you want, and we’ll tell you what we think.

Do you also do editing?
Answer
An editor carefully reviews everything we write before sending it to you. We will also consider editing material produced by you or other writers. Just email a .txt or .doc version to our Project Manager and we’ll get back to you with a quotation on the price.

How do we know you’ll keep our corporate secrets?
Answer
We believe in privacy. If you have a non-disclosure agreement, email it and we’ll be happy to consider signing it. In that case, we would also assign your projects to a full-time staff writer to assure there are no conflicts of interest.

Can you write video scripts?
Answer
Yes. We will write dialog and/or narration, and if you wish, we’ll suggest the action. However, your videographer may need to tweak our copy to work better with his or her vision.
